Terms of Service

• Use is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable Indian law.
• Services, including telemedicine and pharmacy delivery, are available only in India. Do not attempt to use them from outside India.
• We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

You must register for an account to use core Services. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Information on the App is for general purposes. Only advice from the registered medical practitioner you consult constitutes medical advice for your care. Do not use the App for medical emergencies — seek immediate in-person or emergency care.

We provide curated treatment plans and pharmacy products based on analysis of your skin or hair and, where applicable, medicines prescribed by a registered practitioner on the App. Reliance on any information through the App is at your own risk. Read our Medical Disclaimer.

Consultations may be conducted by chat, audio, or video. By booking a consult, you consent to receive care remotely subject to the doctor's clinical judgment. The doctor may require an in-person visit if telemedicine is not appropriate. Prescriptions are issued only at the doctor's discretion.

Prescription medicines are dispensed by Dermis Medicos,Shop 13/603/1, Nehru Nagar, Rewa, Tehsil Huzur, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh 486001, India. Licences: Form 20 20/1939/41/2021, Form 21 21/1940/41/2021. Registered pharmacist: Satyendra Kumar Singh (D.Pharm Reg. No. 4943). Medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a practitioner on the platform. See Refunds & cancellations.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for emergencies or unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate others or submit false health information.
• Harass clinicians, staff, or other users.
• Upload viruses, scrape data, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or copy the App without permission.
• Post objectionable, infringing, or unlawful content.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The App, its design, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence for personal use in India. You retain rights in content you upload; you grant us a licence to use it to operate the Services (e.g. share consult photos with your doctor, fulfil orders).

Payment details are processed by our payment partners. You confirm that financial information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We are not liable for fraudulent card use; liability for misuse rests with the user unless proven otherwise.

By using the App, you consent to receive service-related communications electronically (SMS, push, email, in-app notices, and calls to your registered number for orders and consultations).

The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their terms before use.

The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Medical outcomes depend on your doctor's judgment and your compliance with treatment — not solely on the platform.

You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or misuse of your account.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. We encourage amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration in Jabalpur under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the last-updated date above periodically.
